John has dedicated more than 15 years to working and learning around the world from studying gastronomy in Paris, France to serving as a content developer, culinary educator, and curriculum designer at Tulane University's Golding Center for Culinary Medicine in New Orleans, LA. His background as a registered dietitian, trained chef, and certified personal trainer enables him to support individuals of all ages with personalized approaches to embracing healthier lifestyles to manage various conditions and needs.
