Hi there! Madison has extensive experience counseling people all over the world with various backgrounds. Her work includes partnering with the CDC's Diabetes Prevention Program and guiding members through a year-long behavior change program through app and messaging support. Madison truly believes food should be delicious and appointments should be fun, engaging, and make clients leave with a smile on their face. As someone who embraces positivity, she will start most sessions with 'what went well for you?'. There are often more things to be proud of than we think! She is continually amazed and inspired by her clients successes.
Her passion lies in helping individuals work towards making peace with food by promoting a healthy relationship with food and their bodies through non-diet and weight inclusive approaches. She encourages the development of small, sustainable, and enjoyable lifestyle changes to enhance people's quality of life. As someone who has personally experienced the debilitating effects of a chronic digestive disorder and witnessed the profound impact of nutrition, empathy is always the backbone of her care. She fosters a sensitive, judgement-free, and motivational environment that results in people feeling empowered and confident in their ability to make changes.
Madison will delve into your wellness journey, past approaches, current habits, and preferences/beliefs surrounding food. She emphasizes understanding you as an individual, valuing your input to collaboratively create a plan that feels realistic, sustainable, and fun for you. We will discuss your health holistically, chatting about nutrition, movement, sleep hygiene, stress management, and social health. She asks a lot of questions in order to best tailor strategies for your unique health journey during our time together. She aims to foster a relaxed environment, where laughter is encouraged, to facilitate our work in partnership together.
Anything and everything outside! I love to mountain bike, trail run, hike, ski, relax in the sun, and play with my new puppy Fiona 😍 When not outside, I enjoy dancing to live music, experimenting in the kitchen, and hanging out with friends + family.

Hi! I'm Aimee. I have been working as a dietitian since 2019. I believe in a whole-person approach (see my approach to care for more information) and believe that your nutrition plan or eating disorder recovery should work for you and the life you want to lead. I am happy to discuss all things eating disorder/disordered eating, exercise, body image, gender/sexual identity, and any other health-related topics that are relevant or important to you and your nutrition care. I am passionate about good food, dogs, the outdoors, and helping people live their best lives free from diet culture! Puedo hablar español también.
I believe that you are more than just what you eat. I practice with a trauma-informed, anti-diet, weight-inclusive, LGBTQ-friendly, whole-person approach so that we can work together to empower you to make lasting changes that help you live your best nourished life! I use CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing skills as well as my creativity to help you build trust and confidence in your body. I want to meet you where you are at, so even if you are not sure that you're ready to make changes, you can still use the space we create together in session to grow.
In our first session, we will begin by getting to know one another to establish a trusting relationship. I lead with curiosity, so it may feel like I am asking a lot of questions. I do this to help me understand your full picture in order to help you achieve your nutrition goals. We will talk about your goals, what brings you to session, how you feel about your eating habits and your body, as well as your history with food and your medical history.

Tiffany is a native San Diegan and dog parent of a wacky rescue mutt. In 2010, after briefly working as a chemist, she transitioned into the field of health coaching. After many years furthering her professional studies, Tiffany became a Registered Dietitian in 2015. She gained a wide variety of experience working for the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) from 2015 to 2022 in both the inpatient medical centers and several outpatient clinics. Working at the UCSD Eating Disorder Center and a residential center for mental health honed her skills for supporting complex patients as they learned how to fully embrace radical body acceptance and intuitive eating practices.
With kindness and compassion, Tiffany practices a non-diet approach to nutrition counseling and education by guiding clients towards improving their relationship with food and creating more sustainable lifestyle changes. She truly believes that "all foods fit" as food is one of the many ways we build those crucial connections to our communities that make a life worth living.
In your first session, you can expect a warm and non-judgmental environment focused on understanding your individual nutritional needs and health-related goals. Together we'll outline the next steps, including when we'll meet again, and any recommendations to be completed before our next appointment. Our partnership is about empowering you to make informed choices about your eating habits. I'm here to listen, guide, and support you on your path to better wellbeing.

Abigail has helped hundreds of individuals achieve their nutrition-focused physical performance goals and find food freedom, and she is ready to help you too!
Abigail strives to make sure all of her clients feel completely supported in and outside of sessions. Coye is a Registered Dietitian with 22+ years of experience in developing nutritional plans that patients are able to adopt into their daily lives to promote health and/or treat disease. Before joining Nourish, Coye worked in long-term acute care and rehab hospitals, most recently she has been in dialysis for the past decade. She has worked with patients with multiple co-morbidities such as cancer, diabetes and different heart conditions, etc. Through her vast experience, Coye has in-depth knowledge of common health issues and their implications on “diets”. Her ultimate goal is helping you achieve your nutrition goals and good health simultaneously.
The nutrition care process involves performing a full nutrition assessment; secondly, interpret/identify problems/diagnosis; thirdly guiding patient to set short and long-term goals at their own pace, providing recommendations and specific diet plans; and fourth, implementation of those plans, then monitoring and evaluating as the client progresses.
In your first session the focus is getting to know each other, why you are here and background information. I will conduct a full nutritional assessment, collecting as much information as possible in order to establish the problem(s) or diagnosis. It's important for me to understand how you approach food and eating, and your beliefs about nutrition. Understanding your current lifestyle is detrimental so we can work together in developing a plan that fit seamlessly into your life.
