How does the Nourish grocery credit program work?
The Nourish grocery credit program provides select patients with a credit toward purchasing healthy meals to support their diet and nutrition journey. As you meet specific appointment milestones with your dietitian, you'll receive a prepaid grocery gift card to help cover the cost of nutritious food.
How do I know if I’m eligible for grocery credits?
This is a limited program available to select new Nourish patients.
- If you're eligible, you'll see a message in your Nourish app by clicking the “Earn Rewards” button, letting you know you've been selected
- If you don't see the program in your app, it is not currently available for your account
- Medicare and Medicaid patients are not eligible for the grocery credit program
- Eligibility is determined automatically — there's nothing you need to do to apply
How do I earn grocery credits?
- Grocery credits are issued as prepaid gift cards delivered to your email, after every 2 appointments that you complete with your dietitian
- Each patient may receive up to a maximum of 2 grocery gift cards
- The grocery credit amount you are eligible for will be displayed in your Nourish app.
How will I receive my grocery credit?
- After completing a qualifying appointment milestone, a prepaid digital gift card will be sent to the email address on file for your Nourish account
- Gift cards are issued to a selection of grocery, meal kit, and food delivery partners.
- Credits cannot be requested as cash or a cash equivalent

- Each patient may receive a maximum of 2 grocery gift card (note: this maximum does not reset every year)
Do I need to do anything special during my appointments?
